my analysis is that the turning point is of this new law. what is really going to sink it is if american doctors don't participate and americans can't see their doctor and have to wait a long time for medical appointments. that's what i think the crux of this matter will be. do you agree? >> i agree it's going to be a big turning point. we have known that that's going to happen for years. in the fall of 2010 there was a study done by the physicians foundation. they inventoried the attitudes of, i think, 14 or 18,000 doctors. and, nearly 60% of them said they would spend less time with their patients as a direct result of the affordable care act. and nearly 4 out of 10 said they would leave the profession early as a result of the affordable care act. i don't have any quantitative information but i sure have a lot of qualitative information from the doctors that i know and nurses and healthcare professionals of all kinds that they are looking to pull the relationship cord and get out of profession. >> that will sink it. there is no doubt. all
